Gaps Solitaire
Gaps is a great solitaire card game that's easy to learn and fun to play. The goal is to get the cards in order from 2 - King by suit. You do this by shifting the cards around, moving cards into the Gaps.You can move a card into the gap if the card you are moving, is one more than the card to the left of the gap (having the same suit) or one less than the card to the right of. Solitaire is a basic card game most people learn to play at some point in their lives. It’s simple to set up, only requires a deck of cards, and of course, as the name suggests, you can play it on your own.
Gaps Solitaire is a pretty complex version of Solitaire.

Your goal is to put all the cards in order by suit in four rows by moving cards into the gaps. Gaps, which is also known as Montana, is a very popular and unusual solitaire game. It is played with all 52 cards of one deck fully visible in 4 rows of 13 cards. My version of Gaps in Pretty Good Solitaire allows you to play offline, full screen, with complete undo and my unique right click quick move.

How To Play Gaps Solitaire
52 cards are drawn out in front of you when you start playing. There are 13 cards in each horizontal line and 4 in each vertical line. Aces are removed from the board, leaving you with 4 empty card slots to use during play.
The goal of the game is to arrange all cards in each horizontal row in the following order: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K. Each row must only contain cards of the same suit.
Wherever you see a gap, you can place a card that is in the same suit and is sequential to the card to the left (numeric-wise). If you have an empty gap anywhere at the far left of the screen, you can place a '2' card. Once you get a 2 in the leftmost slot, it becomes easier to find matches and to get a row completed.
If at any time you are not able to move, you can shuffle your cards and all the cards that are not in the correct order are going to be shuffled around the playing area. Also, when you shuffle, the left vertical row will be left blank, allowing you to then move any 2's to the area where they belong, if they weren't there already.
When you first begin playing this game, having hints on is extremely helpful, as it is a bit tougher to get used to this game compared to other versions of Solitaire. As you get better, I would advise turning hints off because they get distracting.
